What makes this well special is that it actually does grant wishes four times a day, granting up to 20 wishes. The Wishing Well works like this - you go to the Wishing Well and give the amount of Neopoints you wish to donate to this magnificent well. (it doesn't matter so just give 1np). Now, once you've donated and wished, you will be greeted with the message
"Thanks for your donation of X NP!!! If the well grants your wish it will be in touch via neomail!". So, remember to keep checking your Neomail. But remember, the well sleeps 18 hours a day, so the response can take quite some time. Also, write the exact object name! But that still doesn't mean that you'll get the item you wished for.
